Where do I start!
By: Maria on 26 July 2022I don't have a problem with the Dr Cabot Ultimate Gut Health 250g - Maintenance. My problem lies with the bactoClear. I take this after my breakfast, 3-4hours after taking this product; by this time, it is lunchtime, my stomach goes into a painful knot, and it repeats on me, and I taste Oregano. It drains my energy, and nothing I take seems to calm it down. I have placed this in the freezer, hoping it would stop the effect of upsetting my stomach, and it still does. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi Maria, Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the Bactoclear. As the essential oils are quite strong, we'd suggest having it in the middle of your largest meal (lunch or dinner) and see how you tolerate that. Just start with one capsule a day and see how you go. If you are still having trouble, it might be best to stick to the Ultimate Gut Health for a few months to heal and reduce inflammation / irritation in your gut lining. After this you could try the Bactoclear again.
