Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This medicine contains selenium
which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary
supplements should not be exceeded. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without
medical advice. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner. Do not use if cap seal
is missing or broken. Store below 25 degrees C in a dry place.

Directions for use:
Mix powder in 100 mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Take as recommended or as
professionally prescribed.
Children 2-9 years: Give 2.5 g (1 scoop) once a day.
Children 10-12 years: Give 5 g (2 scoops) once a day.
